The Junkluggers of Kentucky Case Studies: Commercial DayCare Cleanout

We were given the privilege of helping out a commercial real estate group here in Lexington with a clean-out of one of their units. Unfortunately, a daycare facility had gone out of business and the tenants had left all of the items in the unit. Our team was given the unique challenge of finding a home for a large amount of daycare items such as cribs, toys, and books. 

Our team was able to repurpose almost an entire truckloads worth of items to a local business that strives to connect parents in need with items that their children may need. Additionally we were able to make sure that the unit was cleaned out and ready to be put back on the market. Being able to help both on the commercial and individual level is what makes our job so rewarding!
